Born into a traditional South Indian family, founder and CEO Prathibha, is also a Hollywood Actress and Talent Manager. She grew up with a deep passion for Sports and was the former Karnataka (India) State Sprint Queen holding championships in 100 and 200 Meter dash besides excellence in other sports. Even though she rejected offers for Modeling, Theater, and Drama at an young age in favor of her passion in Sports, life had strange things crafted for her.

After marriage, upon moving to Boston, MA, she became very active in the Entertainment work with her jack of all trades husband as much as joining hands with his social, cultural and major charity work around the clock. In the mean while the couple also founded a Dance-Drama Theater organization called “Yakshaloka US” creating history by introducing some of the very rare and ancient advanced Performing Arts independent Theaters to the Western world!

 
As family moved across America from New England, Florida, SF Bay Area to Southern California, thru Yakshaloka US, she not only trained herself as an actress but also helped her husband train and develop thousands of local artists in these complex theaters and hundreds of diverse Dance-Dramas/Musicals he showcased across USA.

Upon her both sons winning international acting awards in Hollywood, her family moved to SoCal to pursue her family’s Hollywood dreams along with their Olympic sports dreams. As she reached out to castings and industry professionals to seek opportunities for her family and being a philanthropist since her youth, Prathibha decided to form “Prathibha Management” (PM) in an effort to expand her horizon to include those upcoming talents pursuing their Hollywood dreams.

Later, Prathibha also diversified her buiness to include IT/Software development and Consulting Services as new opportunities showed up in the horizon. With her entire family being multi-talented Actors, vibrant Dancers / Singers / Performers, Sportsmen, and Philanthropists she continues to thrive in the social, charity, yoga, and educational front!
